LADS YOUTH THEATRE
LADS Youth Theatre Group is for young people between the ages of 7 to 17 years who meet weekly learning the basic skills of drama, play-acting, drama games to raise awareness, in terpretation, and improvisation and taking part in their own productions.
New schedules for meeting will begin from January 2011 under the youth group leader Claire Fishleigh. Claire a Cornwall Drama Association (CDA) adjudicator will be running session on a Monday. she intend the group to be light hearted and fun - giving all young people attending a chance to learn about performance and backstage activities. A strong link will be maintained with the adult society where members will be given the chance to perform in each other’s show.
We aim through Drama to increase self-confidence of the young people and give them opportunity to develop skills, inter act with adults and their peers in a meaningful way.
