Dates for your Diary
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 14th July at 7.30pm at Eagle House Hotel.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our annual subscription is £25 for adults and £12.50 for the unwaged.
The amount can be paid in quarterly instalments.
Youth Theatre fees are payable for each term – please speak to Oksana for more details.
LAUNCESTON CARNIVAL
Launceston Carnival will be returning this autumn.
LADS have been asked to take part. If you have any ideas, or would like to contribute in any way, please contact Claire.
TREASURE HUNT
One of the winners of last year’s Treasure Hunt, Nick Hewlitt, has kindly agreed to host the 2010 Treasure Hunt.
This will be different to previous years, as this year we will be having a CAR TREASURE HUNT! If you wish to take part, but do not have a vehicle, please let Claire know and we will arrange for you to join another car. Similarly, if you have spare places in your car, please let Claire know!
Please meet in the Town Square at 2.30pm on Sunday 4th July. The cost will be £2.50 per person to include a light buffet. Please can you let Claire know if you are attending so we will know how many to cater for.
FUTURE PRODUCTIONS
We have recently been told that the Town Hall is expected to be open for January 2011.
It is hoped that we will be putting on a play in local halls around Christmas, but we are keen to put Town Hall productions in the diary for 2011.
